Solidswiss.cd accepts online credit card payment through our secure shopping cart. Credit card data is processed via our merchants using 100% secure SSL connection. We do not have access to your data. All credit cards purchases are 100% secure and your purchase is backed by Visa / Mastercard fraud protection. We do not accept PayPal payments. We do not offer a refund policy. No money will be refunded for any product sold by Solidswiss.cd. Only an exchange is possible in case you don’t like your watch.

Off-site payments with up to 20% discount
Solidswiss.cd also offer payments such as Money Transfer service and Bank wire transfer. This option can be selected on checkout. A copy of your order and our Money Transfer service or Bank Wire payment instructions will be emailed to complete your purchase. We offer a 20% discount on all Money Transfer service payments and on all Bank Wire payments.

Solidswiss.cd Exchange and Refund Policy

Solidswiss.cd does NOT offer any refund for any product sold. No money will be refunded for any watch sold by Solidswiss.cd.

Please read carefully our refund Policy because after your purchase no money can be returned since we DO NOT OFFER a refund for any product we sell.

Solidswiss.cd offers a product exchange in case you don’t like the watch you received.

The product must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the day you received it. Please contact us to receive an RMA#. Email us the tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your RMA # number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer. Please note: Customers who do not follow our exchange policy and return a used/worn watch will be forwarded to our Collection Agency and the matter will appear on your credit report. Please insure your return. Solidswiss.cd is not responsible for shipping damages.

In case of an exchange the product must be returned unused and in original condition you received it in, with all original Solidswiss.cd packaging and no signs of wear. The original plastic warp must be intact. Sorry, used products cannot be exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, your exchange policy is void. We can easily determine whether the watch has been worn as the green hologram or plastic covers begin to fade once the watch has been worn. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Shipping cost for exchanges will be at the customer expense. Please make sure you send your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.
